Samuel Welch

I’m a Marine veteran turned AI entrepreneur focused on eliminating bottlenecks for service-based businesses. I spent 2 years selling over $5M worth of in-home solar systems, then launched a marketing agency to help companies generate qualified leads and appointments. After two years, I had increased my clients total revenue by over $10M. Throughout this process, I saw the same recurring challenge: companies can’t get to their leads fast enough. Many teams tried to fix it by hiring more setters, building bigger call centers, and even deploying generic chatbots…but none solved the root issue, leading to higher appointment costs and lost leads to competitors.
